Where last weeks Blueberry Nectarine Pie was very sweet this weeks galette has only a small amount of sweetener. The difference was noticable. Of course the sweetness of the fruit largely effects how much sugar is needed. This is my second camping meal I'm posting. It's a good hardy meal after a day of hiking. It also works well for camping because kielbasa, onions and potatoes have a long shelf life. To cut down on cooking time you can bring some leftover baked potatoes from home and just dice those up.
