TWD Berry Galette
What I did like about it was the size. A full pie is too much for my family of 4 especially when you consider the fact that my kids don't like pie. I think my future pies might always be the free-form shape of a galette. I also really like the rustic beauty of the galette. I always have a hard time crimping the edges of a pie and trying to make it look like an adult made it rather than a six year old made it. With a galette if it is sloppy it is called rustic!
